Bareboat In Registration (BB In)

1. Application Form duly filled-in, signed & stamped
2. Copy of Transcript of Registry or Non Encumbrances Certificate issued by the Main Flag
3. Letter of Consent for the BB In Registration of the vessel under the Comorian Flag issued by the Main Flag
4. Copy of Notarized Bareboat Charter Agreement
5. Copy of recent Good Standing Certificate of both of the Owning Company and the Chartering Company
6. Copy of Certificate of Incumbency of the Owning and Chartering Company
7. Copy of Power of Attorney (POA) granted by the Owning and Chartering Company to the persons signing the Bareboat Agreement on their behalf
8. Copy of Confirmation Letter from the vessel’s Classification Society
9. Copy of Confirmation Letter from Radio Traffic Accounting Authority (all accounting authorities included in the corresponding list of the ITU are authorized by Comoros)
10. Copies of vessel’s existing certificates of Registry, ITC and ISM certificates

Bareboat Out Registration (BB Out)

1. Application Form duly filled-in, signed & stamped
2. Letter from intended secondary Flag confirming that dual registration of the vessel is allowed
3. Copy of Notarized Bareboat Charter Agreement
4. Copy of recent Good Standing certificates of Owning and Chartering Company
5. Copy of certificate of Incumbency of owners and charterers
6. Copy of Power of Attorney (POA) granted by the Owning and Chartering Company to the persons signing the Bareboat Agreement on their behalf
7. Return of the original Comoros certificates of Registry

Once all the above are received, ANAM will proceed with issuance of the Letter of Consent for the BB Out registration of the vessel under the intended Foreign Flag.
